Supporting the Mission

Forfeiture Fund Grants

Under the administration of District Attorney Anthony Gulluni, the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office has returned over $135,000 to area non-profits through the DA’s Forfeiture Grant Program. The program distributes money seized by the courts, primarily through drug arrests and convictions, and gives it away to non-profit organizations in the county.

Professional Development and Training

In an effort to properly support the members of the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office to carry out its critical mission to the public, D.A. Gulluni has created the position of Director of Legal Education and Training to develop and implement: standardized orientation for new prosecutors, a curriculum for courtroom advocacy, trial and motion practice, legal updates, and trainings for law enforcement officers. Building the in-house capacity to carry out this initiative has been a priority of District Attorney Gulluni.
